All yarn orders (containing A Puff of Fluff) are shipped from a selection of fulfillment centres in the USA. 

All plushie orders are shipped by myself coming from the Netherlands (Europe). 

Thereby, combining both plushies & yarn into your order is not possible. Check out the specific delivery terms for each product:

 

Delivery Terms - A Puff of Fluff

Worldwide shipping is possible. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight and destination of your order.

FREE Shipping

For domestic orders (USA), FREE SHIPPING is automatically added to your cart for orders over $45. 

For international orders (all other destinations), FREE SHIPPING is automatically added to your cart for orders over $75.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped within 1 business day. See what the delivery time is for your location:

  • Domestic (USA): 5 - 7 days
  • International: 4 - 15 days

**Depending on your specific delivery address, a quicker delivery method may be offered at checkout, this will instantly indicate the delivery time.

Tracking updates

Once you have received your order confirmation email, you will shortly after - within 1 business day - receive the tracking number alongside the carrier name.

A number of factors can influence the delivery time, this may deviate for example due to:

• Dealing with customs in the country of destination

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Plushies are non-refundable! If a plushie has arrived damaged or items are missing, please provide pictures and contact us. 

 

I package all orders with love while making sure that they will last over the big trip that they sometimes have to make. If you have any questions about the shipping methods or costs, please don't hesitate to contact me!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.

**Keep in mind that all yarn orders (containing 'A Puff of Fluff') are shipped from the USA & all plushie orders are shipping from the Netherlands.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

**Plushies are non-refundable!

If a plushie has arrived damaged or items are missing, please provide pictures and contact us. 

DO YOU DO WHOLESALE?

No this is not available, but we'll never know what the future may bring!

IS YOUR YARN EN71-3 CERTIFIED?

No. All the materials and production process of my yarn is completely safe, and the material is 100% polyester. However, getting the yarn EN71-3 certified is an incredibly expensive investment. Thereby, this will hopefully be done in the future but has not been accomplished yet.

WHICH CROCHET HOOK SIZE SHOULD I USE FOR 'A PUFF OF FLUFF'?

We recommend a 6mm crochet hook for all of your 'A Puff of Fluff' projects.

If you're not too experienced yet, and want to make the spaces inbetween your stitches a bit bigger; try a 7mm.
